Lamin's educational journey includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management as well as another in Behavioral Sciences from Uppsala University. Moreover, he has enriched his knowledge through executive education programs at institutions like Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School, and Singularity University, where he pursued an Executive Program in Exponential Technologies.

Throughout his career, Lamin Faye has held key leadership positions in prestigious organizations. He is the CEO & Co-Founder of Buddywise and has previously been associated with renowned companies like Antler and Vattenfall, where he undertook various roles. At Vattenfall, he served as the Director of Digitalization in the Business Area Heat, Program Director, Vice President of HR and HSE in the Business Area Wind, Director of HR & HSS in the Business Unit Renewables, HR Business Partner, Head of Performance & Reward, Functional Head at the Resource Management Center Nordic, and also participated in the Vattenfall International Trainee Programme.
