Lam Bui is a seasoned people and business leader with 17 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region, having excelled in the A.P. Moller Maersk Group, a global leader in transportation and logistics services.

He is a strong advocate for building engaged and capable organizations that drive business success while nurturing individual growth. With a structured and results-oriented approach, Lam is known for upholding high corporate values and excels in strategic planning, commercial excellence, and organizational development.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Lam Bui is a curious and humble learner, showing keen interest in various scientific and natural topics. He stays physically active through trail running/trekking, regular yoga, and mindfulness practices, emphasizing his deep concern for Ocean and Environment Sustainability.

His educational background includes a BA from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and completion of the Maersk International Shipping Education (MISE) program at Maersk.

Lam Bui has held various significant roles in renowned organizations, including serving as the Vietnam/Cambodia Country Manager at Sealand – A Maersk Company, where he previously held the position of Vietnam National Sales Manager. He has also shown his leadership skills as the Cambodia Country Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk and in roles such as Sales Manager, E-Commerce Project Lead, Customer Service Export Manager, Process Improvement Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Management Trainee within A.P. Moller - Maersk.
