With a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, Laly's professional journey began at Choice Hotels in their esteemed Loyalty program, where she honed her skills in Tableau, SQL, and loyalty financial reporting.

Transitioning into a role in Corporate Strategy at Choice Hotels, Laly now operates on a company-wide level, focusing on competitive positioning reviews, strategic transformation opportunities, and facilitating Board of Director communications.

Her exceptional contributions have been acknowledged with three STAR awards, completion of the Emerging Leaders Program, and winning the prestigious 2018 Choice Innovation Award.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Laly is committed to professional development, having revamped the on-boarding process at Pi Sigma Epsilon during her time at Cornell and now actively contributing as the co-chair of the Young Professional Alliance at Choice Hotels.
