Lakshmana Padmanabhan

Lakshmana Padmanabhan is an experienced IT business strategist, program and project manager, and consultant. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Padmanabhan has worked in every level, starting as a programmer on IBM mainframes, transitioning to team leader, senior systems analyst, software specialist, EDP manager, head of application development, principal consultant, consultant, project manager, and director at various organizations around the world.

Padmanabhan specializes in developing and implementing IT strategies and roadmaps, conducting feasibility studies and audits, developing policies, and reviewing IT security. He is particularly experienced in ERP solution implementation and customization and has a keen eye for business opportunities, successfully developing business associations.

Padmanabhan holds certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Information Systems Auditing (CISA). He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and an MBA in Finance from the University of Madras.
