Specializing in the development, financing, installation, and operation of solar energy plants, Iris Climate Solutions caters to a wide range of clients, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential sectors.

Currently operating in North India, the company has a strong presence in regions like Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Himachal Pradesh.

With a target to empower clients to generate over 25 MW of clean energy in 2019, Lakshay and his team are dedicated to driving impactful change through sustainable practices.

Lakshay's educational background includes studies at Modern Vidya Niketan in Faridabad, a Bachelor of Business Studies in Business Administration and Finance from Shaheed Sukhdev College Of Business Studies, and Small Industries Management from IIT Delhi.

His professional experience spans across various renowned organizations like being a Founding Partner at Iris Climate Solutions, a former Project Leader, Associate, and Analyst at Bain & Company, as well as roles at The Smart Cube and GUARANTOR'S.

Not only focused on his career, Lakshay has also been engaged in social initiatives, having worked as a Public Relations Intern and a Volunteer English Teacher at Make A Difference.
