Laila Al Alawi

Laila Alawi is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the Information Technology and Business Management sectors.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Computer Science, both from United Arab Emirates University. Furthermore, she studied Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) at New Horizon Learning Centers.

Laila has held key positions in reputable organizations, notably at Injazat where she served as an Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, IT Operations Delivery Manager II/ADWEA, Network Operations Team Leader, and Infrastructure Specialist. Her tenure included responsibilities encompassing service delivery, network operations, and IT infrastructure management.

Prior to her roles at Injazat, Laila also demonstrated her expertise while working with Al Ain Distribution Company as the Head of Network and Communication Section and as a Network Engineer.
