LaDonna Greiner is a nationally and internationally recognized motivational coach, speaker, and author, whose expertise lies in helping individuals and organizations discover the power of gratitude in their daily lives, workplaces, and communities.
With a BS in Marketing and Communication from Drury University, along with an extensive background in leadership, training, management, and fundraising, LaDonna is the Chief Gratitude Officer at LG Consulting & Training LLC.
Her experience spans multiple organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, Holt International Children's Services, World Vision, Care USA, WPBT2 South Florida Public Media, City Federal Savings and Loan, and Valcom Computer Systems.
As the author of the "21 Reasons to Say Thank You" series, LaDonna helps organizations and individuals explore ways to express gratitude and appreciation in meaningful ways, developing relevant recognition and appreciation programs that increase retention, attendance, productivity, and civility in the workplace.
