Ladislav Pazderka

Ladislav Pazderka is an experienced manager with a digital focus and a background in IT, known for his leadership skills. He holds a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Services from the University of Finance and Administration, Prague, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Banking from Vysoká škola finanční a správní - Praha. Additionally, he studied General Economy and Economy at ČAO Resslova.

Throughout his career, Ladislav has held various key positions in reputable organizations. He has served as the Internet Banking Leader, External Consultant/Product Owner, Head of Online Applications, and Program Manager at Sberbank CZ. During his career break, he took a Sabbatical. Ladislav has also worked at BSC PRAHA as a Program Manager and at GE Capital in roles such as Head of Direct Banking, Direct Banking Product and Project Manager, and Team Leader ADC HelpDesk.
