LaDez Captain

LaDez Captain is a professional with a diverse background in music business, corporate communications, retail management, and banking.

LaDez holds a Master of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami and a BS in Speech Communications in Corporate Communications from West Texas A&M University.

Throughout his career, LaDez has worked at various organizations, including Street Toyota as a Car Salesman, Sprint in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Lead Retail Consultant, and Retail Sales Consultant, as well as First Convenience Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager.

In addition to his corporate roles, LaDez has also served in educational capacities as an MBEI Teaching Assistant at the University of Miami and gained experience in the music industry through an internship at the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.

LaDez's professional journey also includes positions in the banking sector, having worked as a Branch Supervisor at First National Bank Texas and as an Assistant Manager at F.Y.E.
