Lachlan Pearse is an IT professional with almost 15 years of experience in the industry, specializing in modern data center technologies.

His technical expertise covers a wide range of areas including storage, virtualization, compute, networking, and backup and recovery.

Lachlan has hands-on experience with various technologies from leading providers such as EMC, NetApp, IBM, Brocade, Cisco, HP, VMware, Citrix, and more.

In terms of virtualization, he is well-versed in VMWare ESXi, VMWare View, VMWare SRM, Citrix XenServer, Citrix XenApp, and some Hyper-V.

His networking skills include working with Cisco Nexus and some Cisco IOS, while his backup and recovery knowledge spans EMC NetWorker, EMC PowerSnap, Avamar, and ADIC Tape Libraries.

Lachlan also has proficiency in common platforms like Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft Exchange, as well as UNIX-like operating systems such as AIX and Linux.
