Focused on sales and delivery leadership of cross-market strategic security assessments and program development. Supported the planning and the launch of the international mission assurance/business assurance practice (intellectual capital development, market strategy and sales execution, staff build and ongoing management, proposal development and project delivery). Lived overseas (United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and the United Arab Emirates) for over 4 years. Directly responsible for organic sales of over $15 million, at full strategy rates, leadership of several industry-defining engagements and the overall international assurance practice launch.

Supported US Government information security business, focusing on sales and delivery management of civil space security program assessments and program development.  Directly responsible for sales and management of several multi-year contracts (over $12 million in sales), developed industry standards and guidance, and successfully led the firm’s largest competitive procurement dedicated to information assurance.

Senior Associate

Extensively supported and led various strategic planning efforts for identity and access management, public key infrastructure and smart card implementation within the US government – including: Development of concept papers establishing the PKI implementation in secure and unsecured system environments; development of an agency-wide PKI user requirements; front end assessment of PKI/SC program feasibility; and development of an agency’s PKI/public key enabling policies and their PKI/SC implementation plans. This work provided the foundation for one the U.S. government’s most successful convergent security and IT modernization efforts.

Supported numerous US government agencies and organizations in their development of integrated security and continuity of operations programs: workshops for budgeting and planning for critical infrastructure protection initiatives; comprehensive information technology security policies and guidelines manuals; agency-wide information technology security action plans; and, strategic plans to establish an agency information assurance center of excellence.  

Directly supported senior managers and Vice-presidents in charge of the Firm's cross-team Infrastructure Assurance/Information Operations campaign. Specifically created and oversaw the operations of the Firm's IA/IO Coordination Center – which included development and maintenance of a project tracking; development of IA/IO marketing materials; facilitation the IA/IO campaigns marketing initiatives; support and coordination of the IA/IO Steering & Strategy meetings; and administration of the IA campaign's interactive, web based knowledge management system.
