L. Hansen

L. Hansen is a highly accomplished JD/MBA candidate at the University of Utah with a passion for business law and constitutional law. Hansen studied double bachelors in finance and entrepreneurship with a minor in leadership studies, graduating top 10% at the University of Utah. Hansen has worked as a clerk for the Salt Lake U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement Division, Utah Attorney General's Office Antitrust Division, and Richards Brandt Miller Nelson. As a Senior Editor at Utah Law Review and President of the S.J. Quinney Federalist Society Chapter, Hansen has demonstrated excellent editorial and leadership skills. Hansen is interested in new venture formation, securities, contracts, corporate governance, non-patent IP, business torts, and M&A. Hansen is also passionate about the cause of Liberty, with a particular interest in freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right to bear arms, and digital privacy.
