Kyrylo Guliaiev

Kyrylo Guliaiev is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background in telecommunications, business administration, finance, human resource management, and computer science.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in telecommunications from The National Academy of Telecommunications in Odessa, a Certificate in Business Administration and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, a diploma in HRM from San Francisco State University, a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Kyiv Engineering Technical Institute, and another Bachelor's degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
