Kyohei Hosono is a skilled and experienced business professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, venture capital investment, and management in both the private and public sectors. Hosono is the current CEO and representative director of Dream Incubator, a company that primarily focuses on large corporate strategy consulting and investment. Prior to working for Dream Incubator, Hosono spent a decade working for the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), where he facilitated government support in developing countries, mostly in the ex-Soviet Union republics.

In addition, Hosono spent seven years living in Vietnam as the General Director of Dream Incubator Vietnam Joint Stock Company, where he was responsible for running a $50 million private equity fund in Vietnam. Utilizing his extensive experience working overseas, with countries including the US, Russia, ex-Soviet Union republics, Southeast Asia, and India, Hosono has been able to help Japanese corporations expand globally and invest in promising startups.

Hosono has a Bachelor of Arts in Slavic and Russian at the University of Tokyo, where he also studied advanced Russian language at the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University. Additionally, Hosono holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Michigan.
