Kylie Racker is a dedicated professional who has been a part of the Pelion team since October 2014. With a Bachelor's degree in Business from Brigham Young University - Hawaii, Kylie has honed her time management and organizational skills in diverse environments.

During her time at Brigham Young University - Hawaii, Kylie not only pursued her academic goals but also embraced the challenges of living in Hawaii, such as learning to surf, hike mountains, and swim with dolphins. This period greatly contributed to her personal and professional growth.

Following her college years, Kylie gained valuable experience as an intern at the U.S. Travel Association in Washington, D.C. This opportunity allowed her to thrive in a fast-paced environment while appreciating the historical significance of the city. Kylie's heart remains divided between the laid-back Hawaiian lifestyle and the hustle and bustle of the nation's capital.

At Pelion Venture Partners, Kylie serves as an Executive Assistant, where she continuously seeks opportunities for growth and learning. Her role involves mastering various tasks, from reading and traveling to efficiently managing multiple schedules.
