Kyleigh Payne

Kyleigh Payne is a seasoned business development leader with a rich background in securing funding for development programs globally.

With over ten years of experience, Kyleigh has successfully acquired funding from a variety of sources including the US government, foreign governments, bilateral aid agencies, multilateral donors, and foundations.

Her expertise spans various sectors such as civil society, governance, elections, health, agriculture, media, behavior change communication, positive youth development, and women's empowerment.

Kyleigh's educational background includes an MA in International Studies from the University of Denver and a BA in Anthropology from Kansas State University.

She has served in key roles at prominent organizations. Currently, Kyleigh is the Director Of Business Development at Management Systems International.

Previously, she held positions as a Business Development Manager and Senior Business Development Manager at both Management Systems International and Equal Access.

Kyleigh has also worked as a Senior Program Officer in Program Development at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), showcasing her versatile skill set.

Prior to these roles, she served as a Project Assistant in Asia at NDI, a Program Assistant at the Center for Turkish Studies at the Middle East Institute, and a Research Intern in the Office of Fiscal Affairs at the National Conference of State Legislatures.
