• Developed strategy for net new Technical Evangelism program

· Recruited, interviewed, and hired design and development teams

Founder and CTO

Developed rich internet applications to support the discovery and distribution of online video.
· Acted as team-lead for the flash development team, delegating tasks and acting as a first point of
contact for all flash related inquiries.
· Converted seven existing Actionscript 2.0 based flash video players into a single extensible code
library written in Actionscript 3.0 which greatly improved functionality and reduced development
time for the addition of new features.
· Researched, designed, and developed flash-based advertising models to help create new revenue
streams and drive the company to profitability.
· Implemented progressive seeking functionality which reduced bandwidth costs while also providing a
better user experience.
· Worked with third party vendors to determine if their products would meet our technical
requirements, and if so, set guidelines and specifications for implementation and integrated the
product.

Veoh Networks

Senior Flash Developer

Developed rich internet applications for use across various vmix and partner properties.
· Developed flash based video and audio players which served out all of the content for vmix.com.
· Created customization options for the video players that allowed clients to brand their player without
requiring additional build time from the development team, and provided new areas of monetization
for the company.
· Created Actionscript class libraries allowing faster time to market for new applications.
· Researched competitors and market trends ensuring that our clients were getting the best experience
possible.
· Built video contests that helped to grow site traffic resulting in a higher evaluation for the company.
