Stepp currently works as a Manager of Cause Partnerships at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, where he is responsible for forging partnerships with organizations to create social impact. Before that, he served as a Director of Campaign Operations, Fundraising, Events and Outreach at Jeff Apodaca for New Mexico, where he utilized his skills in strategic planning and management to achieve campaign goals.
