The Bay Club is well established in San Francisco and San Diego and is making an impact in Los Angeles, integrating the 4 elements (hospitality, sports, family, fitness) of an active lifestyle throughout their properties. The Bay Club has BIG plans for the immediate future, and is investing more than $40M of capital into the Los Angeles market, including water parks, marina access for water sports, golf and tennis access and other fabulous offerings to create the "Modern Country Club." By August 2015, all of The Bay Clubs will receive upgraded amenities including new locker room products, upgraded towel products, and complimentary coffee service from Caffe Luxxe. In addition, approximately $7.5M of new fitness equipment is coming to the clubs beginning in August (replacing 80% of current cardio and weight inventory).  In September/October, clubs will be refreshed with new carpeting, flooring, locker rooms and lobby accommodations.  The Bay Clubs have significant expansions planned at their Thousand Oaks, Redondo Beach, and Manhattan Beach locations, and are currently in negotiation for expansions at the Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades clubs as well. The Bay Club is sourcing additional properties to add to the existing portfolio, including beach clubs, swim & tennis venues, marina access clubs, and country clubs.
