Kyle Rifkind

Kyle Rifkind is an accomplished professional with a distinguished educational background in law and economics. He holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Government, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University.

With extensive experience in the legal field, Kyle has held key positions in notable organizations. He currently serves as a Restructuring Officer & Deputy General Counsel at the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico. Previously, he was an Associate in Restructuring and Finance at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Kyle Rifkind has also gained valuable insights and skills through various clerkships and internships. He has worked as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Court, SDNY. Additionally, he has interned at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, The Bronx Defenders, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
