With a proven track record in turnaround management, Kyle navigated various challenges, including leading integration projects following IFCO's acquisition by CHEP.

His strategic leadership and operational expertise led to his promotion to Vice President of Plant Operations, where he modernized the supply chain for the recycled pallet network in North America.

As CEO of 48forty Solutions, a $440M business, Kyle successfully oversaw the divestiture of the operating division, demonstrating his ability to drive growth and profitability amidst structural changes.
