Kyle Norton

Kyle Norton has over 20 years of experience as a business leader, specializing in driving significant profit growth and leading through transformational change. He graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA in Finance and Management and received a BS in Management and Systems Engineering from The United States Military Academy at West Point.

During his impressive career, Norton has held various leadership positions including President and Chief Transformation Officer at Vantage Mobility International, where he is currently the CEO, overseeing cross-functional teams, operations, innovation, and analytics. Norton is also on the board of Materiall, a venture-backed AI/ML company, where he previously co-founded the company, served as a board director, and advisor.

Before joining Vantage Mobility International, Norton was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and a Captain in the United States Army. His academic credentials and years of experience leading successful organizations have positioned him as a leader in the business world.
