Kyle Jacobson

Kyle Jacobson is a certified CrossFit Level I instructor who brings both physical and mental strength to everything he does. With two years of Fire Science training and experience as a firefighter with the Kirkland Fire Department, Jacobson is well-equipped to handle a variety of high-pressure situations. Additionally, he has a passion for healthy eating and co-founded Paleo Paks, a company providing pre-packaged, nutritious meals to those on the go. As the former owner of Cascade CrossFit, Jacobson has brought his expertise and enthusiasm to a variety of fitness programs. Today, he is an investor at MHP, where he continues to showcase his business acumen and drive.
