Kyle Frenette

Kyle Frenette is a music industry executive, entrepreneur, and musician from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.12 He founded Middle West, an independent artist management firm, in April 2007.2 Frenette gained prominence as the manager of Justin Vernon and his band Bon Iver, guiding them to multiple Grammy Awards, worldwide tours, and platinum-selling albums.12

At its peak, Middle West managed over 30 artists across three satellite offices in the U.S..12 Frenette's success led to his inclusion in Billboard and Forbes' "30 Under 30" lists in 2011.23

In addition to his work in music management, Frenette:

1. Founded Amble Down Records, an independent record label, in 2007.23
2. Briefly ran as a Democratic candidate for Congress in Wisconsin's 7th district in 2018.12
