Kyle Frenette

Kyle Frenette, a 32-year-old individual, has made a name for himself as a music industry executive and entrepreneur. His journey in the music world began in college when he initiated an independent record label to showcase the talent from his home region in northwestern Wisconsin. In 2007, Frenette started managing the acclaimed Wisconsin-based musician Justin Vernon and his band Bon Iver during their rapid ascent to fame, marked by numerous Grammy Awards, successful global tours, platinum albums, and notable collaborations with artists like Kanye West and Peter Gabriel. Concurrently, Frenette established Middle West, an independent artist management firm, overseeing the careers of over 30 artists through multiple offices in the U.S. Recognized for his achievements, Frenette was featured in both 'Billboard' and 'Forbes' '30 Under 30' lists in 2011, honoring young professionals excelling in their fields.

In 2018, Frenette embarked on a political endeavor by running as a Democratic candidate for Congress in Wisconsin's 7th district. Although he withdrew from the race later that year, Frenette continues to be passionate about exploring ways to merge the realms of the music industry and contemporary American politics, aiming to foster innovative solutions in this intersection.

Frenette's educational background includes obtaining a High School Diploma in General Studies from Chippewa Falls Senior High School and an Associate's Degree in Music Business from McNally Smith College of Music.
