Kyle Bolden is a veteran real estate audit partner with over 20 years of private and public company experience. Bolden's approach to helping his clients is through a simple three-step process he calls enhanced transparency and visibility, dealing with audit issues and avoiding surprises, and utilizing his position and experience to anticipate and respond to emerging trends. Additionally, he is part of the US-East Regional Partner Forums and serves as the US-East Growth Markets Leader for Real Estate where he is dedicated to serving the unique needs of high-growth real estate companies to help them grow into market leaders. Bolden is also active in diversity and inclusion initiatives at EY and co-leads the NYC Inclusive Engagement and Development Initiative and is a member of the NYC Diversity and Inclusion Council.
