Kyle Barker is the founder of Primary Projects, an architectural firm established in 2018. With over a decade of experience in renowned architecture companies, Kyle prioritizes designing inclusive, energy-positive housing through his work, research, and teaching.

Kyle is known for his innovative and practical approach to finding solutions that align with his clients' objectives. He places a strong emphasis on effective communication and has a background in facilitation, ensuring that he asks the right questions to deliver projects that meet clients' expectations.

Having a Master's in Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati, Kyle combines his academic knowledge with hands-on experience from his roles at Merge Architects and MASS Design Group.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Kyle has a keen interest in hummingbirds and peanut butter, showcasing his passion for both his work and personal interests.
