Kyara Gray

Kyara Gray is an accomplished business professional and entrepreneur who has excelled in various roles and industries throughout her career. She studied Economics&Finance, Spanish at Lafayette College and also had the opportunity to study abroad at Goldsmiths, University of London. Kyara has experience in managing operations, project management, business consulting, and leadership development. Her past roles included The Fixer (Director of Operations) at Fearless Solutions, LLC, Operations Manager - Claim Operations at Travelers, Business Consultant - Personal Insurance, Operational Effectiveness at Travelers, and Project Manager - Business Insurance, Field Operations Support at Travelers. Kyara also co-founded Charm City Buyers and served as McDonogh Alumni Network co-chair. She has strong skills in underwriting, administrative services, and insurance operations.
