Kyana Wheeler is the Deputy Manager of the Race & Social Justice Initiative (RSJI) at the City of Seattle. She has over 20 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), specializing in anti-racism data, systems analysis, and leadership development. Wheeler holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Organizational Change Management and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Leadership and Policy Development.156
