Kwang-Hwee Seah

Kwang-Hwee Seah is a professional with a diverse background in Research & Development, Intellectual Property, and Business Development. Starting as an Engineer at Infineon and later as a Research Scientist at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, Kwang-Hwee transitioned to become a Patent Examiner at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, focusing on patent examination. Moving on to a Business Development role, Kwang-Hwee engaged in marketing international services to multinational corporations at IPOS. As an IP Management Consultant, Kwang-Hwee assisted local enterprises in enhancing their understanding of intangible assets and strengthening their business strategies through effective IP management. Currently, Kwang-Hwee holds the position of Assistant Vice President at Exploit Technologies under A*STAR.

Kwang-Hwee Seah's educational background includes a Ph.D. from Imperial College London, an M.Sc. from the National University of Singapore, and a B.Eng. from Nanyang Technological University. Additionally, Kwang-Hwee participated in the 14th FIREfly Leadership Development Programme at INSEAD - Center for Creative Leadership.
