Kush Das

Kush Das is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ennoble Care, a role he has held since 2021. Based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, Das leads a clinical team that provides high-quality primary, palliative, and hospice care to patients across the East Coast. Under his leadership, Ennoble Care has developed a purpose-built electronic medical record (EMR) system and is pursuing value-based care initiatives through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Direct Contracting Model.1

In addition to his role at Ennoble Care, Das is a co-founder and board member of Penn Ave Health Direct Contracting Entity, and he serves as the founder and managing partner of Circa Health Capital Partners, which focuses on investing in healthcare organizations that emphasize value-based care and digital health. Prior to these roles, he worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in healthcare strategy and transformation.12
