Kurt Höller

Kurt Höller is a multifaceted individual with a diverse background. He is an Engineer with a Dipl.-Ing. degree from FAU, a Researcher holding a Ph.D. from FAU, Johns Hopkins, and TU Munich, an Entrepreneur with an MBA from TUD and Santa Clara, and hands-on experience as a co-founder and former CEO/CFO of multiple startups. Passionate about networking, Kurt also serves as a City Councillor in Erlangen. He is currently engaged as a Director and Board Member at EIT Health and holds the position of supervisory board vice chairman of a public Aktiengesellschaft. Kurt possesses specialized skills as an IPC-WHMA-A-620 Certified IPC Trainer.

Kurt's educational journey includes studies at St.-Michaels-Gymnasium Metten for Abitur, maths, physics, latin, and history. He pursued Dr.-Ing. in Computer Science at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Technische Hochschule Deggendorf (THD), and a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.

In the realm of organizations, Kurt Höller has held significant positions such as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Erlanger Stadtwerke AG, Director of Business Creation at EIT Health e.V., CEO at CiNNAMED GmbH, and Member of the Supervisory Board at Erlanger Stadtwerke AG. Additionally, he has been the Managing Director at Central Institute of Healthcare Engineering (ZIMT), a Visiting Researcher at Johns Hopkins University, and engaged in a Postgraduate Scholarship at the Hanns Seidel Foundation. Kurt's diverse experience also includes roles such as Researcher at Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen Nuremberg, Internship, Diploma Thesis at Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Systems (IIS), Chairman at Ring Christlich-Demokratischer Studenten in Bayern e.V., and recipient of a Student Scholarship from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
