Kurt is a passionate member of Bain's Retail and Performance Improvement practices, and he holds deep experience in optimizing support functions like finance, HR, and procurement. He brings his expertise in portfolio strategy, customer segmentation, zero-based cost reduction, and fresh grocery strategy to the leading retailers he serves.

Before joining Bain, Kurt was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and a Senior Procurement Agent at Boeing. Kurt holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was also honored with the prestigious Palmer Scholarship. He also holds a BA in Business Administration from Western Washington University.
