Kuohsin Chen

Kuohsin Chen is a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group, specifically within the Private Equity Institutional Client Solutions Group. In this role, she is responsible for raising capital for Blackstone's private investment funds and managing relationships with the firm's Limited Partners.

Chen joined Blackstone in 2012 and has held various positions within the firm. Most recently, she was part of the Insurance Solutions group, where she focused on the development, distribution, and portfolio management of alternative solutions for insurance companies. Prior to her current role, she was involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic initiatives in the asset management sector. Before joining Blackstone, she worked as an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank.12

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, Chen is active in community service, serving on the Associates Council of Prep for Prep, an education non-profit based in New York City.1
