Kumar Kaushik is a seasoned business development professional with over 15 years of experience in IT sales and operations. He is the founder and CEO of Salzen IT, a new age marketplace focused on accelerating IT sales and providing a gateway to USA, UK, and Europe for Indian SMEs. With extensive knowledge and expertise in sales operations and business development, Kumar leads Salzen IT in creating a trusted marketplace for technology services, sourcing and managing technology needs for companies to guarantee high-quality delivery.

Kumar has held several roles throughout his career, including Consultant to Channel Partner at Palo Alto Networks, Vice President of Business Development at Cloudmantra, and AVP of Business Development at SoftNice. He has also served in key positions at Fidel Technologies, Salesify, Inc., TriZetto (A Cognizant Company), and Aloha Technology Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, he has worked at leading IT organizations, including Zensar and Wipro BPO.
