Kumar “Kartik” Kartikeya is an accomplished Digital & Technology leader with a strong track record in developing and implementing long-term product, technology, and go-to-market strategies for enhancing consumer experiences. Currently holding a key position at AT&T, he spearheads digital product and technology initiatives to drive growth and create distinctive consumer touchpoints. With a focus on end-to-end product ownership, he oversees various digital products and data platforms, enabling personalization, marketing, and fraud decisions.

Prior to his role at AT&T, Kumar excelled as the Global VP Brand, Commercial, and AI Technology at Levi Strauss & Co. where he played a pivotal role in optimizing consumer experiences across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. His responsibilities included overseeing product design and development, establishing next-generation marketing platforms, and managing a diverse portfolio of technology solutions ranging from eCommerce to CRM and digital marketing.

During his tenure at lululemon athletica as Vice President of Software Development & Integrations, Kumar was instrumental in creating and enhancing global eCommerce and digital platforms, including CRM, digital marketing, and innovative store POS systems. His expertise extends to team building, strategic planning, digital strategy, transformation, and various technological domains such as AI, loyalty programs, omnichannel solutions, and enterprise architecture.

Kumar’s educational background includes executive programs in innovation & technology from Stanford University and Wharton Executive Education, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
