Kumar Ashutosh, also known as Ashu, is a seasoned Product Leader with a strong background in product leadership and software development. With a rich history of managing diverse and challenging projects, he excels in fostering collaboration, building enterprise-grade software, and successfully launching products into the market. Currently, his main focus is on creating an intelligent, next-generation omnichannel experience to drive the digital evolution of customer engagement centers. Notably, he played a pivotal role in enhancing Microsoft's DNS Server to be cloud-ready, resilient, and intelligent. He was instrumental in architecting Azure DNS, the domain hosting service at Microsoft known for its scalability in various dimensions.
