Ksenia Stepanovitch is a hospitality management and digital management expert with a diverse background in sales, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing from Glion Institute of Higher Education and her Master's degree in Digital Management from Hyper Island. Stepanovitch is currently lending her expertise as Head of Partnerships at Feminvest, a community platform for women exploring investment opportunities.

Prior to her current role, Stepanovitch worked as a Sales Consultant at Dream Broker, a video communication software company, as well as founded Mylo Care, a platform that connects caregivers with patients. She also served as a Key Account Manager at FundedByMe, a crowdfunding platform, and as a Restaurant Operations Representative at Uber, where she helped ensure smooth operations for UberEATS.
