    Krystian Fikert

    CEO and Founder of MyMind

Krystian Fikert is a renowned social entrepreneur and the founder of MyMind, the largest multilingual mental health service in Ireland. Originally from Poland, Fikert moved to Ireland with a long-held ambition to work for Google. However, he soon discovered a gap in the mental health services available to the immigrant community and founded MyMind to offer affordable and timely mental health support.

Since its establishment in 2006, MyMind has provided more than 100,000 appointments to clients from all over the world, and by the end of 2018 alone, had provided 20,500 appointments to those who needed this support. The organization has grown from Dublin-based support to having a national reach with in-person and online counseling in more than 15 different languages. Fikert worked with a team of 110 mental health professionals as well as a team of HR, finance, operations, and marketing experts.

Apart from his work with MyMind, Fikert has also studied psychology at Adam Mickiewicz University and completed executive certificates from INSEAD and Quantic School of Business and Technology. Currently, he serves as a social entrepreneur in residence at INSEAD.
