Kristyn Noeth

Kristyn Noeth is an accomplished sustainability, social impact, and ESG leader with over 25 years of experience in the field.2 She served as Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer for The USAA Foundation and The USAA Educational Foundation, and Director of Corporate Responsibility at USAA from 2019 to 2021.2 In this role, she counseled on ESG, CSR, corporate foundations, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, political activities, and public policy.2

Currently, Kristyn is the Founder and President of Verde Impact LLC, a purpose-driven advisory and consulting firm focused on sustainability, social impact, and ESG.12 She advises companies in various growth stages, from climate tech startups to publicly traded corporations.1 Kristyn is also the Founder and Managing Member of Verde Legal PLLC.2

• Working as a Presidential Management Fellow in the White House, advancing global climate change policy and the Kyoto Protocol1
• Serving as Chief Counsel for Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and Citizenship at Nestlé Waters2
• Leading government affairs and public policy at Nestlé Waters and Hess Corporation2
• Acting as the Sustainability Advisor for the TV show "Advancements with Ted Danson"1

Kristyn holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown Law, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Urban & Environmental Planning and Public Policy from the University of Virginia.12 She is actively involved in advancing women in leadership through organizations like Chief, Ellevate, and the Female Founder Collective.2
