Kristy Smith is a Principal Process Consultant and Project Manager at Sirius Computer Solutions, specializing in ITSM/ITIL projects.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Ms. Smith is an ITIL Expert with a wealth of knowledge in ITSM/ITIL theory and practical application.

She assists clients in designing, planning, implementing, and improving ITIL processes and selecting service management tools across various industries.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Smith worked in internal ERP production systems and as a Senior Oracle Programmer/Analyst at Honeywell Sensing and Control.
