Kristina Utter is a seasoned Certified Project Manager with a strong background in animal health pharmaceuticals, boasting 15 years of experience in drug development.

Throughout her career, Kristina has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional project teams both nationally and internationally, guiding projects from inception to launch, and ensuring adherence to FDA/USDA/EMA regulations.

Her diverse skill set includes project management methodologies, budget control, risk mitigation, quality assurance, conflict resolution, and cross-functional leadership.

Kristina's educational background includes an MBA in General Studies from Elon University, a Diploma from Harrison High School, and a Bachelor's of Science in Veterinary Technology from Michigan State University.
