Kristina Reed is an accomplished and highly respected entertainment industry professional with over 20 years of experience leading creative and technical teams. She has an extensive background in development, animation, VFX, leadership, strategy, and talent management. Kristina's areas of experience include feature film, television series and commercials, theme park/special venue films, and franchise brand messaging. She has held numerous high-profile positions throughout her career, including SVP of Creative Development and Strategy at The Madison Square Garden Company, VP of Creative Production at Disney Television Animation, and Development Producer at Walt Disney Animation Studios.

Kristina's specific expertise includes story structure, visual storytelling, building creative teams, multiple animation/VFX pipelines, budgeting, scheduling, and forming partnerships with vendors and resources. She has an annual division budget that ranges up to $450M, she manages project budgets up to $150M, and has overseen large teams of up to 400+ people. Kristina is a talent-first manager, transparent communicator, and a culture builder.

Her education background includes a bachelor's degree in Creative Writing with Honors from Brown University, along with additional study at Polytechnic School. Kristina has also been involved with consulting through her own company KR Consulting. She has also contributed her expertise as a producer, co-producer, and VFX producer on various high-profile projects, such as Disney's animated feature film "Big Hero 6" and the documentary, "Bear Trek".
