Kristina Metzger

Kristina @ CBRE Data Center Capital Markets Metzger serves as the Senior Vice President and leader of the CBRE Data Center Capital Markets group.

With a focus on advising investors in the acquisition and disposition of data center investment properties across North America, Ms. Metzger specializes in fee simple, partial interest recapitalizations, and joint venture transactions.

Her expertise in financial structuring, data center technical knowledge, and leasing background set her apart in the execution of data center capital markets deals.

She holds various professional affiliations including being a board member for Digital Realty, QTS, and CBRE Women's Network, in addition to being a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

Kristina studied Finance and Spanish at San Diego State University and has a solid background as a Senior Financial Consultant at CBRE before assuming her current role.
