Kristin Stokes

Kristin Stokes is a highly accomplished legal professional with a background in law and corporate governance. She holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Saint Thomas. Kristin has held several key roles at Tennant Company, including her current position as Senior Vice President (SVP), General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Prior to her current role, she served as the Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Vice President (VP), Deputy General Counsel, Assistant Secretary, Associate General Counsel, and Senior Legal Counsel at Tennant Company. Before joining Tennant Company, Kristin gained valuable experience as an Associate Corporate Attorney at Lindquist & Vennum and as Senior Legal Counsel at MoneyGram International.
