Kristin Stankiewicz

Kristin Stankiewicz is a Senior Counsel at Greenspoon Marder LLP, where she specializes in Real Estate and Cannabis Law. Based in Portland, Oregon, she has extensive experience in commercial leasing, representing both national and international companies in their leasing and subleasing transactions across the United States. Her work primarily involves negotiating and drafting office and retail leases for prominent firms in the professional and financial services sectors.13

In addition to her real estate practice, Stankiewicz has significant expertise in the cannabis industry. She has been involved with cannabis and hemp businesses since 2009, focusing on various aspects such as commercial leasing, property acquisition, land use, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
