Kristin Sardina is a seasoned design strategist, user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) leader, and sustainable architect with over fifteen years of experience in the industry. She holds a degree in B.S. Architecture, with a minor in Architecture History from the University of Virginia. Her interdisciplinary approach towards design solutions is grounded in simplifying problems to meet fundamental needs and drive empathy, intuitiveness, and beauty in experiences. She has led a portfolio of products and delivered innovative solutions across various domains through team collaboration, rapid prototyping, persona creation, user-testing, version-testing, and quantifiable analytics. Kristin has worked as VP of Product Design at Pearson and held various leadership positions at Shutterfly, Inc., McKinsey & Company, and InVision. She was also an Adjunct Faculty at Stanford University.
