Kristin Reinbach is the owner of OVERW8 Digital Brand Agency. She is the author of the 'Magic Innovation Leadership' framework and the creator of the 'Ägile Ässets' agile content management software.

Her academic background includes studying marketing as a major at the University of Mannheim and pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, International Marketing, Management, Anglistics, and Media & Communication Science from the same institution, as well as a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from FernUniversität in Hagen.

Kristin has extensive experience in marketing and sales consultancy and agency business, particularly working with major brands in automotive, FMCG, and energy sectors. She has a reputation for being at the forefront of innovation, engaging in transformative projects in the energy sector and pioneering ventures like 'The Club of Happy Lifepreneurs' and a crypto currency initiative in Germany.

Currently, Kristin is focusing on developing her agency business, ensuring startups receive high-quality branding services, scaling 'Ägile Ässets', and leveraging her skills and insights for maximum impact.
