Kristin M. Lawson

Kristin Lawson is a customer-focused leader with over 20 years of experience in adoption and change management. She is currently serving as a Program Manager at Microsoft Teams Engineering, where she works with a special focus on Live, Virtual Events. With an expertise in proactive solutions, a track record of impactful client relationships, and a desire to deliver above and beyond satisfaction across customers, colleagues, and global partners, Lawson has a wealth of experience in enterprise social networking, event planning and execution, and software training at all levels among others. Prior to her current role, she has served in leadership positions at Blue Jeans Network, Yammer, Inc., part of Microsoft's Office Division, and Cisco WebEx. She studied Communication at Edward R. Murrow School at Washington State University.
