Kristin Hazlewood is the Vice President and General Manager for BigFix at HCL Software, overseeing all aspects of BigFix product strategy, execution, and operations.

With over 15 years of experience in the software industry, Kristin has a strong track record of leading product development teams through growth and transformation.

Kristin played a pivotal role in the successful transition of BigFix from IBM to HCL Software, where she greatly contributed to the business's establishment and market share growth.

She was instrumental in creating the HCL Software Federal business unit, focusing on secure software engineering and support protocols to ensure product integrity and gain the trust of US Federal Government Agencies.

Renowned as an expert in endpoint management and security, Kristin holds over 35 software patents.

Kristin Hazlewood pursued her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin.

Her professional journey includes key roles such as Vice President of Engineering and Director of Development at HCL Technologies, along with previous positions at IBM where she served as the Development Program Director and Software Engineer.
