Led 9 Retail Managers and 180 employees in 9 stores producing 9.2 million dollars in sales annually.  Completed annual and quarterly evaluations on all employees. 
Achieved #1 ranking in the Region (and company leading) "Target Item Performance," surpassing the company's results by 36%. 
Enhanced the "Service That Creates Sales" program which increased district sales by 2.95% over last year, and improving the District's overall ranking to # 22 out of 67 districts. This enhanced program is now being used by the entire company.
Modified the Coaching Card system for improved employee performance and commitment, resulting in a .06% increase in the district's % of total over last year.
